Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience with relevant HR disciplines.
• Strong business acumen, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of US employment law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build credibility with leaders and maintain confidentiality.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience working in a matrix organization is a plus.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and self-development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with US business heads to align talent with business strategy.
• Execute HR programs across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Appraisals.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across locations.
• Ensure effective onboarding of new employees.
• Manage employee relations issues in a timely, effective manner.
• Provide guidance on people management and organizational issues.
• Support performance management, talent planning, and compensation reviews.
