Job summary

Clearbrook Group Holdings Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to align talent with business strategy across Argo and Farm Family brands in the United States.

You will collaborate with business heads to build capable teams and ensure regulatory and legal compliance across all locations. You will partner with Centers of Expertise and Shared Services to deliver effective HR support, lead organizational development, change management, and talent management initiatives while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a foundation of technical knowledge in HR disciplines.
• Strong understanding of US employment law and regulatory compliance.
• Experience operating in a complex matrix environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizational Development & Design: identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and partner with leadership to implement structures and processes.
• Change Management: guide leaders through growth with communications strategy and team effectiveness interventions.
• Talent Management: lead leadership development, succession planning, and executive staffing.
• Coaching: provide counsel to leaders on people management and organizational issues.
• Lead execution of HR programs (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Training) in partnership with Global HR Centers of Expertise.
