Qualifications

• At least 4 years of progressive HR experience with core HR disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with US business heads to align talent with business strategy.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across locations.
• Manage employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Oversee onboarding and employee handbook updates.
