Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a strategic HRBP supporting VP-level or above leaders.
• 4 years of management or leadership experience.

• Design and implement talent and organizational effectiveness solutions.
• Act as a connector between the business and HR Centers of Excellence.
