Job summary

Clearbrook is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align talent practices with business objectives across the US. This onsite role partners with leadership, HR centers of excellence, and Shared Services to deliver HR solutions that enable a high-performing workforce.

The position requires 5+ years of HR experience, knowledge of U.S. employment laws, and strong interpersonal skills. The Chicago pay range is provided with eligibility for annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Experience supporting leaders and employees in a matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with leaders and employees to support objectives and deliver HR programs.
• Provide guidance on policies, employee relations, performance, and organization effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and Shared Services for programs.
• Support organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
• Assist in talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility.
• Coach leaders on people management and workplace issues.
• Support HR program delivery across talent acquisition, compensation, performance, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
