Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner for the South Central US region. This remote role partners with leadership across multiple units to drive people strategy, enhance engagement, and mitigate risk through compliant HR practices.

The successful candidate will have 5–7 years of HRBP experience, strong influencing skills, and a proven track record in talent development, performance management, and data‑driven HR solutions. Remote work supports US time zones with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive HR business partner experience.
• Strong ability to influence leadership and drive HR strategies.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
• Partner with COEs to deliver integrated HR programs across Talent, Inclusion & Diversity, Benefits and Compensation.
• Lead talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations and workforce optimization across the region.
• Support mergers and acquisitions with HR due diligence and integration planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in all HR activities.
• Utilize HR analytics to drive data‑driven decisions and program effectiveness.
• Lead change initiatives and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
