Job summary

This role partners with senior leaders to drive organizational design, talent management, and leadership development. Remote work from home is available, with a preference for the West Region.

The position emphasizes acting as a trusted consultant on talent matters, designing effective HR programs, and driving business outcomes through people strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eight (8) years or more progressive HR Business Partner experience with senior leaders (Director level and above) in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in strategy development, organizational design, talent management and change management.

Responsibilities

• Establish deep understanding of the organization to build productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate on talent strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advise leaders on talent, leadership development, and performance management.
• Lead organization design initiatives to streamline structures and roles for agility.
• Assess performance and forecast talent gaps to drive HR solutions.
• Develop lifecycle Talent Management covering forecasting, onboarding, development, and succession.
