Convergint is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner for the Southeast US. The role partners with leadership across multiple business units, aligning people strategy with business goals and ensuring compliance with employment laws across federal, state, and local levels.

The HRBP will collaborate with COEs to design and deliver talent development, compensation, benefits, and workforce programs while managing complex organizational changes and M&A activities, with up to 25% travel and fully

Formación

• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on strategic HR business partnership
• Experience partnering with leadership across multiple business units
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Ability to lead talent development, succession planning, and change management
• Experience in a fast-paced, global, or matrixed environment

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Act as trusted advisor to leadership across the organization
• Identify people-related challenges and offer strategic guidance to support a high-performance culture
• Coordinate with HR COEs (Talent, Inclusion & Diversity, Benefits, Compensation) to deliver integrated solutions
• Support merger and acquisition activity through HR due diligence, assessments, and integration planning
