Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three or more years of relevant HR experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a standout qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to a business unit covering recruitment, documentation, job evaluation, compensation and benefits.
• Act as a liaison between departments/divisions.
• Support a small function under guidance of a higher level HRBP.
• Provide presentations to explain HR policies and seek compliance.
• Develop and propose improvements to HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and administering disciplinary actions.
