Ideal Tridon Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to manufacturing leaders and employees. This role delivers full-cycle HR support, translating business priorities into practical people strategies that align with safety, quality, and productivity goals.

You will lead talent development, workforce planning, performance management, and compliance initiatives across multiple sites, using HR data to identify risks and drive improvements while partnering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive human resources experience, including direct responsibility for employee relations and manager consultation.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or multi-site workforce preferred.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and advising leaders on performance and corrective-action matters.
• Experience with talent planning, organizational change, compensation processes, HR metrics, and HRIS systems preferred.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide full-cycle HR support within a manufacturing environment and across multiple sites.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, staffing, succession planning, and change management.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to define requirements, onboarding plans, and selection criteria.
• Guide performance reviews, calibration, development planning, and performance improvement processes.
• Support compliance, HR programs, audits, and data validation.
• Coach managers through difficult conversations and disciplinary actions.
