Job summary

Quad is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, leading HR programs and serving as a trusted advisor across business units. You will drive talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce analytics while supporting engagement and retention initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires partnering with leadership to implement HR strategies, coaching managers, and ensuring consistent employment experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading people and/or project teams, implementing HR programs and initiatives.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Leaders to align HR initiatives and outcomes.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning.
• Oversee performance management and compensation processes.
• Support engagement and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with COE teams to develop programs.
