Job summary

LoneStar Fasteners Houston seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align HR initiatives with manufacturing leadership across LoneStar Group sites. This role focuses on reducing turnover through workforce planning, leadership coaching, training, and proactive employee relations support.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, influences leaders on policy, drives consistency in HR programs, and helps scale operations from entrepreneurial to process-driven.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience serving as an HR Business Partner or senior HR leader.
• Demonstrated employee relations and investigation experience.
• Experience coaching managers and influencing leadership decisions.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations matters from intake through resolution (investigations when needed).
• Partner with site leadership to address performance, attendance, conduct, and policy matters.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and staffing plans.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, process improvements, and HR program implementation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across locations.
