Job summary
Trulite is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business operations across our Houston, TX and Fort Worth, TX locations. The role partners with Operations Managers to implement HR solutions that support overall business goals and a high-performance culture.
You will drive compliance, workforce analytics, compensation collaboration, and diversity initiatives, while leading key HR projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
- 5+ years HR experience, including 3+ years in a business partner role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance standards.
- Experience in manufacturing, sales or corporate environments preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish and HR certification are strong pluses.
Responsibilities
- Ensure site departments stay aligned with HR policies and evolving labor laws.
- Monitor workforce trends (turnover, engagement) and report findings.
- Collaborate with compensation team to maintain salary structures and benefits.
- Promote diversity and inclusion through programs.
- Lead and participate in HR projects to improve processes.
