Job summary

Voltage-LL is seeking an HR Business Partner to support manufacturing operations in Timberlake, NC. This hands-on partner will advise managers on performance, workforce planning, and policy application while driving organizational effectiveness.

You will coach leaders, conduct workplace investigations, manage employee relations, and collaborate with HR leadership on complex high-risk matters and change initiatives. This role is predominantly onsite with some travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years supporting managers and business leaders.
• Experience in manufacturing/operations HR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner for assigned departments and leaders.
• Advise on performance management, workforce planning and policy application.
• Coach leaders on communication, accountability and documentation.
• Conduct workplace investigations and handle employee relations matters.
• Partner on workforce changes, succession planning and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and local, state and federal requirements.
