Job summary

IPEX is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Pineville, NC area manufacturing teams. The role partners with leaders to drive talent development, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness, aligning HR services with business goals.

The successful candidate will bring 7–10 years in HR, leadership experience, and strong HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred) to influence workforce planning and employee relations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in HR function or generalist role
• 3–5 years of leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/IR or related field
• Proficiency with HRIS (Workday preferred) and MS Office
• Experience analyzing HR metrics with business leaders

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to leadership on talent development, performance, culture and strategic planning
• Partner with Talent COE to drive leadership development and succession planning
• Collaborate with Employee & Labor Relations on complex issues and actions
• Align workforce plans with recruitment processes and business objectives
• Provide coaching and guidance to senior client-group leadership and promote change management
