Job summary

The position partners with senior leadership to align national initiatives with local workforce strategies and to deliver HR services that foster a high-performance, consumer-centric culture.

You will collaborate with market leadership to forecast workforce needs, analyze data, and advance the Ascension plan with strong leader accountability across the ministry/region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required; multiple pathways accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support and leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and align with Ascension's Strategic Plan.
• Partner with senior leaders to align national initiatives with local workforce strategies.
• Ensure effective delivery of HR services to drive a consumer-centric culture and leader accountability.
• Support strategic market priorities and collaborate with national HR resources to forecast and optimize the associate experience.
• Use analytics to inform workforce strategy and improve business outcomes.

Education

High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
