Ensign Group is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to elevate people practices, develop leaders, and support clinical and operational teams in the Austin and San Antonio areas.

This full-time, exempt role requires up to 75% travel and a strong background in employee relations, performance management, and HR analytics. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and Learning Management System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience in a multi-site or operational role.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, employee relations, and performance management.
• Proficient in using HRIS and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with operational and clinical leaders.
• Collaborate with leadership to design HR strategies that drive growth and culture.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and investigations.
• Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact of initiatives.
• Coach facility leaders and HR staff to strengthen leadership and teamwork.
• Facilitate training aligned with leadership development goals.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Promote engagement and culture-building to improve retention.
