Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - HR Business Partner for Federal HR on a remote basis. While a Tysons Corner, VA location is preferred for occasional in-office presence, the role does not require relocation or onsite work.

Responsibilities include aligning HR strategy with business goals, driving org development, and leading a data-driven HR function. Candidates should have 7+ years in HR with IT/government contracting exposure and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Prior HRBP experience in government contracting IT sector.
• Experience aligning HR strategies with business goals.
• Experience using data-led HR metrics.
• Experience leading HR teams.
• Experience partnering with HR stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools in HR.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
