Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - HR Business Partner for Federal HR in a remote role. Occasional in-office attendance may be required near Tysons Corner, VA, but location is not strict.

The role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business goals, organizational development, engagement, and performance management, backed by data-driven decision making and collaboration with HR stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience as HR Business Partner supporting IT within government contracting.
• Must align HR strategies with business goals.
• Experience using data-driven insights to assess HR initiatives.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams.
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Total Rewards.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
