Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 7+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience as an HR Business Partner supporting an IT organization within the government contracting sector.
• Must have experience collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Experience utilizing data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate the impact of HR initiatives.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing Human Resources teams.
• Must have experience partnering with key HR stakeholders (talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, etc.).
• Candidates should be comfortable using AI-powered tools and technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, Power Point and Word.
