Job summary

You will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational development initiatives to support growth and agility. You will lead data-driven HR initiatives, partner with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Total Rewards, and mentor the HRBP team to deliver results in a dynamic federal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience.
• Experience as HR Business Partner for IT government contracting.
• Ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Experience using data-driven metrics to evaluate HR initiatives.
• Experience leading HR teams and mentoring HR professionals.
• Comfort using AI-powered tools and technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
