Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - HR Business Partner for Federal HR. This is a remote position with occasional in-office attendance near Tysons Corner, VA as needed, though location is not strictly required.

Responsibilities include aligning HR strategies with business goals, developing organizational development initiatives, driving engagement and performance, and using data-driven insights to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience as an HR Business Partner supporting an Information Technology organization within the government contracting sector is required.
• Must have experience collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Experience utilizing data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate the impact of HR initiatives.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing Human Resources teams.
• Must have experience partnering with key HR stakeholders (talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, etc.).
• Candidates should be comfortable using AI-powered tools and technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, Power Point and Word.
