Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience including senior HRBP roles.
• Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, or frontline teams.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Experience navigating change, ambiguity, and complex stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner aligning people strategies to goals, transformation initiatives, and productivity targets.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, succession, and change management.
• Translate business needs into practical HR solutions that drive results.
• Coach leaders to enhance leadership capability, decision-making, and accountability.
