Job summary

Molex is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Optical Solutions Business Unit in Bridgewater, NJ. You will partner with engineering, product management, and marketing leaders to align people strategies with business priorities.

As the primary HR resource for segment leadership, you will help build talent pipelines, develop leaders, and scale for growth, while collaborating with North American HR partners. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

Progressive HR experience supporting business leaders.
Experience coaching and advising leaders on employee relations and performance management.
Experience handling employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
Ability to analyze, interpret, and present HR or workforce data to inform decisions.
Strong knowledge of New Jersey employment law and best practices.

Responsibilities

Partner with site and business leadership to translate priorities into people strategies.
Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and retention.
Coach supervisors on performance, feedback, and development of capabilities.
Identify organizational and talent opportunities and develop HR solutions.
Build trusted relationships with leaders and provide candid feedback.
