Molex is seeking an HR Business Partner for the ACBU within the Aerospace & Defense Solutions division. This role collaborates with leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies, focusing on capability, talent development, and long-term business performance across a complex, global organization.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, drive PBM adoption, lead talent planning, succession discussions, and support workforce design,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years progressive HR experience including HRBP experience.
• Experience supporting a global or matrixed organization with multiple functions, locations, or leadership stakeholders.
• Experience in talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, and/or change management.
• Strong business acumen with ability to connect talent decisions to business outcomes.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Coach leaders on PBM principles affecting talent decisions and development.
• Develop and execute people strategies to improve performance and capability.
• Lead talent planning, succession, and leadership development.
• Advise on compensation philosophies and total rewards during annual cycles.
• Support organizational growth, transformation, and change initiatives.
• Collaborate across global and local stakeholders to align people plans with business needs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and coaching to leadership teams.
