Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with associates and management across assigned areas. You will consult with line-management, legal, compensation and recruitment to deliver integrated HR solutions.

The role acts as an employee champion and change agent, communicates proactively with HR and management, and stays current on labor regulations, compliance, and mid-range plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Consulting and coaching leadership; strong communication and data analysis.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; basic IT literacy.
• Strong ability to manage multiple assignments; meet deadlines; good communication.
