Job summary

Alignment Health seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor and general manager of people strategy for assigned business units, translating business goals into workforce capability and design.

You will lead workforce planning, talent strategy, change management, and organizational effectiveness at scale, partnering with senior leaders to drive growth, regulatory compliance, and improved member outcomes in a regulated healthcare marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years in HR with 5+ years in a strategic HRBP role.
• Experience advising senior leaders and shaping workforce strategy.
• Healthcare/ managed care experience preferred.
• Proficient with HRIS (Workday preferred) for data extraction and reporting.
• Strong change management and organizational design skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the People & Organization Operating Plan for assigned units.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping workforce decisions.
• Lead workforce planning, talent strategy, and succession analyses.
• Drive organizational change initiatives including AI and market launches.
• Collaborate with COEs on talent acquisition, development, and total rewards.
• Ensure compliance and ethical practices across the organization.
