Job summary

Pacific Clinics seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing high‑level employee relations support and handling complex investigations in alignment with policy and law.

The HRBP will consult management on performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, onboarding, and HR initiatives while ensuring fair, compliant practices; travel within California and a valid CA driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional HR experience.
• 3-5 years in HR generalist roles (benefits, talent acquisition, compensation or training).
• Working knowledge of CA employment laws (CFRA, FMLA, ADA, Wage Orders).
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership and ensure policy adherence.
• Manage complex employee relations matters from intake to resolution.
• Conduct investigations with plans, interviews, and evidence review.
• Prepare clear, objective HR documentation.
• Prioritize multiple matters handling legal and operational risk.
