Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification (SHRM‑CP, PHR) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a BP/Generalist role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and develop HR strategies that support objectives.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development.
• Facilitate performance management and compensation review processes for managers and leaders.
• Support organizational change initiatives, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Support training and development to enhance leadership capabilities.
• Promote DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive work environment.
