Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role supporting a diverse workforce.
• In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR policies and best practices, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and understand operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive in resolving issues.
• High degree of professionalism and discretion; confidentiality.
• Experience supporting organizational change and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews and leadership development.
• Facilitate performance management and compensation review processes.
• Support organizational change initiatives, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
• Promote DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive work environment.
