Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to our Assurance Service Line, Region and ESO Leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives.

The HRBP will support the Assurance practice, providing guidance on workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent development, performance management, organizational design, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
• 5 years minimum of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role supporting a diverse workforce.
• HR Expertise: knowledge of employment law, HR policies and best practices.
• Business acumen to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Change management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies.
• Talent Management: Support succession planning, talent reviews and leadership development.
• Performance Management: Facilitate performance management and compensation review processes; coach managers and leaders.
• Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives and employee engagement programs.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.
• Learning and Development: Support training initiatives to enhance skills and leadership.
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Promote DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace.
