Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) is preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience in a business partner or generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, employee relations and org development.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to Tax Service Line, Region and ESO Leaders aligning objectives with people strategies.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, leadership coaching and coaching and consulting.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews and leadership development.
• Facilitate performance management and compensation review processes; coach managers and leaders.
• Support organizational change initiatives, workforce planning and employee engagement programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and report trends to drive data-driven solutions.
• Promote DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive work environment.
