Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role.
• Experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, energy services, or similar industries.
• Proven success supporting a large, matrixed organization or multi-site workforce.
• Ability to travel as required to support field locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to leadership influencing design, workforce planning and culture initiatives.
• Coach managers on performance, career development and employee recognition.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and fair resolutions across geographic areas.
• Ensure HR practices comply with FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA and internal policies.
• Drive training, retention strategies and workforce development for a skilled workforce.
• Lead cross-functional projects, change management, and process improvements.
