EBS HR Consulting seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support two client companies headquartered in Tennessee and New York. Contracted through EBS HR Consulting, you will advise leadership and handle the employee lifecycle in a remote, two-environment setting.

The role requires sound judgment, independent work, and the ability to navigate two distinct organizations while driving policy, talent, and people programs across a nationwide, multi-state footprint.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP/generalist/manager role.
• Working knowledge of employee relations and multi-state employment practices.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR resource for two client organizations.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
