Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience.
• Experience supporting 500–1,200 employees.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Telecom construction knowledge is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Experience with change management and risk management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Advise management on policies and employment laws at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Manage personnel transactions including hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and recommend fair solutions.
• Conduct HR analysis and develop strategies to support business needs.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistency of programs and processes.
• Advise managers on compensation and identify potential issues.
• Support change management and risk management initiatives.
• Assist with collective bargaining agreements and contract administration as needed.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
