Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist (HRG) or HRBP.
• 3+ years communicating and implementing HR programs, practices and processes.
• 3+ years using business acumen in a role.
• 3+ years influencing and building relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
• 3+ years in project management.
• 3+ years creating and analyzing data/metrics via HR systems (HRMS, Taleo, etc.) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on HR policies, performance management, employee development, and change management.
• Identify and address systemic workforce trends by producing metrics and feedback to inform HR strategy.
• Lead or support complex employee relations cases with equitable resolutions.
• Coach leaders to improve managerial capability and engagement.
• Partner with COEs to deploy programs in compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning, and inclusion.
• Drive initiatives for safe, inclusive, high-performing workplace culture aligned with Boeing values.
• Support strategic projects including life-cycle talent management and workforce planning.
