Responsibilities

Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing floor to support leaders and employees.
Provide guidance on HR policies, labor relations, performance management, and development.
Analyze feedback and data to inform HR strategy and improvements.
Lead or support complex employee relations cases.
Coach and develop leaders to boost performance.
Partner with Centers of Excellence to deploy programs in compensation, benefits, learning, and inclusion.
Promote a safe, inclusive, high-performing culture.
Document HR interactions and report trends to leadership.
