Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Human Resources (HR) is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Mesa, AZ! This role will support Global Supply Chain and Integration (GSC&I) senior leaders, managers, and individual contributors within the Supplier Quality and Performance Management organization. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior HRBPs to find the best fit for these positions. This individual will provide high-value, coordinated consultation and integrated solutions to tackle business challenges, proactively mitigate risks and ensure our business goals and objectives deliver repeatable outcomes across the team based onsite in Mesa, AZ and across the US. This individual will also provide occasional HR support to other GSC&I teammates located at the Mesa site. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
