This onsite role focuses on partnering with engineering, production, and program management to drive HR initiatives across MS&B and enable scalable workforce solutions.

The position emphasizes business-facing HR expertise, strong collaboration, and the ability to deliver actionable HR support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing associated projects
• 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
• 5+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, on-the-floor HR presence to enable real-time engagement in cross-functional teams.
• Offer consultation and coaching to Bombers Leadership Team and IPT on HR practices and processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders and investigations teams to resolve workplace concerns and drive corrective actions.
• Build partnerships with Bombers leadership and IPT to deliver integrated HR initiatives and solutions.
• Support HR processes such as performance management, employee movement, and leadership coaching with senior leaders.
