Job summary

TileBar is seeking an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management across designated units. You will partner with HR to recruit diverse, qualified talent and support organizational goals.

The role requires strong HR expertise, policy interpretation, and the ability to guide line management on performance, development, and compliance. This position is based in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies.
• Understanding of organizational hierarchy, roles, and compensation practices.
• Strong time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Consults with line management, providing HR guidance.
• Analyses trends and metrics with HR Manager to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
• Works with management to improve work relationships, morale, and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Assists with recruitment process and job postings.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Oversees interview process and assists with offers and start dates.
• Ensures compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
