You will provide comprehensive HR support across employee relations, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, and compliance to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and employment laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and handle confidential information.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve engagement and productivity.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate HR metrics; support organizational development.
