PacificSource in Idaho seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR practices with business goals, acting as a consultant to managers and championing an exceptional employee experience. You will lead organizational development, succession planning, workforce development, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with laws and privacy policies.

This role requires collaboration across departments, strong analytics, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in HR practices including employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
