Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support teams in Lima, OH, including payroll and talent acquisition. You will help ensure proper compensation rates and define the right talent for onsite roles, while aligning HR policies with current legislation.

This full-time, long-term contract offers competitive pay at $38.00–$48.00 per hour, health insurance, 401K, life insurance, and more. Remote consideration is available for the most qualified candidate.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree with 3+ years of direct HR experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with HCM and payroll systems (Workday and ADP).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, TEAMS).

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and report employee data in HR/payroll systems.
• Review, revise, and maintain job descriptions.
• Define, document, and standardize employee lifecycle processes.
• Triage, prioritize, and resolve ServiceNow tickets across HR processes.
• Execute position management, selection, and compensation strategies.
• Develop, update, and align HR policies with legislation and company practices.
• Support HR functions at site and regional locations.
