• Knowledge of employment law and risk management in practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR guidance across onboarding, performance management, employee relations and engagement.
• Support Global Mobility and Flexible Work processes, partnering with the Global Mobility Lead.
• Assist with cyclical HR processes: salary review, talent mapping, calibration, engagement deep-dives.
