Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking a detail-oriented HR data professional for a one-year contract in the United States. You’ll maintain accurate employee data across Workday and ADP, review job descriptions and lifecycle processes, and triage HR-related ServiceNow tickets.

You’ll support position management, compensation strategies, and policy updates while partnering across HR functions. Based in Lima or Columbus, Ohio, the role offers remote work for the right candidate and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct HR experience.
• Experience with HCM/payroll systems.
• Analytical judgment to contribute to decisions, not just execute them.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee and HR data across Workday, ADP, and related systems.
• Review and improve job descriptions and employee lifecycle processes.
• Help standardize processes around hiring, transfers, reorganizations, resignations, and retirements.
• Triage and resolve HR-related ServiceNow tickets.
• Support position management, selection, and compensation strategies.
• Update HR policies to keep them aligned with legislation and company practices.
• Partner across HR functions as needs arise.
