Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years' project coordination and office administrative duties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan servicing software.

Responsibilities

• Acts as intake processor and point of contact for DPA program applicants.
• Assesses income-eligibility criteria using income and debt records; verifies credit eligibility.
• Prepares and reviews financial documents for DPA, including disclosures and mortgage-related materials.
• Reviews HUD-1 forms and documents from mortgage originators.
• Maintains confidential information and follows record-keeping procedures.
• Coordinates with County Offices and external partners to meet deadlines.
• Verifies program payments through county Finance departments.
• Assists in planning documents such as Local Housing Assistance Plans and Consolidated Plans.
• Performs other duties as required.
