Job summary

Pasco County is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Office of Economic Growth to manage loans, grants, and program records, while supporting underwriting reviews and KPI reporting. You will engage with external partners, coordinate multiple tasks, and help develop redevelopment initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration or related field and two years of relevant experience are required, and you may handle confidential information

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Economics, Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, or related field.
Two (2) years of project management, contract compliance, business development, marketing, or related experience.

Responsibilities

Assists OEG customers in preparation of loan and grant applications.
Checklists loan and grant applications for completeness.
Assists in OEG underwriting review.
Records Promissory Notes, Liens and Mortgages, when necessary.
Works with OEG staff developing and maintaining program records, compliance reports and KPI’s.
Markets County small business and commercial assistance programs to external customers which involves regular meetings and prospecting outside the office.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
