Job summary

Lodging Dynamics is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the property's Sales department and drive revenue growth. You will guide a small on-site team of Sales associates, implement the brand's initiatives, and build long-term customer relationships to meet hotel sales objectives.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, Revenue Management, and Sales Support to optimize performance across all channels and pursue opportunities to grow market share through strategic planning and direct client

Qualifications

• Requires at least four years in hotel sales and marketing.
• Supervisory experience in hotel sales/marketing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-property Sales team and ensure booking goals are met.
• Serve as the main Sales contact for the GM, Revenue Management, and Sales Support teams.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow RevPAR and market share.
• Maintain relationships with National Group Sales and National Accounts.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless turnover from Sales to Operations.
