Job summary

Dimension Hospitality seeks a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader to partner with the Director of Sales in growing hotel revenue. You will manage key client relationships, lead Sales Managers, and drive group, corporate, leisure, and event business through proactive prospecting and compelling proposals.

You will collaborate across Revenue Management, Marketing, Catering, and Operations, attend industry events, and mentor teams to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hotel sales experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience as Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or similar preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales, revenue management, and market segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue.
• Manage key client relationships and support the sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Lead sales managers to achieve team goals.
• Present to clients and conduct site tours to generate business.
• Negotiate contracts for group, corporate, and events.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Catering, and Operations.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Maintain CRM and hotel management system records.
• Prepare annual sales budgets and revenue projections.
