Job summary

Dimension-Hospitality,-LL seeks an experienced hotel sales leader to drive revenue growth by developing strategic plans, managing key client relationships, and mentoring the sales team. You will collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Catering, and Operations to maximize occupancy, ADR, and profitability.

The role requires 3+ years in hotel sales with leadership responsibilities, exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel for client meetings and industry

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hotel sales experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals and sales targets.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Director of Sales to develop and implement strategic sales plans that drive occupancy, ADR, and revenue.
• Lead, coach, and support Sales Managers to achieve team objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with corporate accounts, travel managers, meeting planners, and key clients.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Conduct site tours, client presentations, and sales calls to generate and maintain accounts.
• Negotiate contracts, develop proposals, and secure group, corporate, and event business.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Catering, and Operations to maximize results.
• Attend industry events and network to promote the hotel; maintain CRM data and forecasts.
